Product Examples & Templates, where are they used?
Product Examples & Templates are made available for many of the Products on the website in the top-section of the Product page and they are there to help the Customer who wants to create and upload their own Design / Print-file for that Product.
Product Examples are an image that explains what the measurements of the Print-file need to be, including e.g. Bleed & Safety Margin details.
Product Templates are empty e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, ... templates, that the Cusomter can Download, that have the right measurements for that Product and that can be used as starting point for the Pint-file (.pdf-file) creation.
All the Product Examples & Templates (and also Source Files for the Product Examples) are shown below for easy reference & use.
How does this work?
Scroll down the page to see all Products with their Examples or Templates Folder
All the Products and their Examples & Templates Folder can also be viewed by just scrolling down on this page.
Click on the ↗ icon at the top-right of the Preview 'window' to go to that specific folder
A new browser tab will open with the corresponding Examples or Products folder on the Repository; here all Products with Exmaples or Templates in this Repository will be shown.
Scroll down in a Preview 'window' to see more Products
Sometimes more Products are available then shown, on the right hand side a 'scroll-bar' will then show; more Products can be seen by scrolling down in that Preview 'window'.
'Hold-still' your mouse over a Product-name (listed under any Folder) to see the the full file-name
To see the full file-name that is listed under the Product Folder, hold your mouse still on the 'part of the file-name that is shown'.
The '_Source-Files_' folder contains the files (e.g. .ai, .psd,...) from which the Images were created
Each Product Examples Folder has as first item the '_Source-files_' folder in which the files are stored from which the images were created; for ease of use, they have the same name as the name of the Example Image shown in the Product Folder.
Press the 'Top' button to go back to the top of the page
The 'Top' button listed at the far right after each Type, will bring you back to the top of this page.
